In a recent press conference with the media, Larry Johnson, Ohio State’s defensive line coach, couldn’t contain his enthusiasm when talking about Jason Moore, a second-year player for the Buckeyes.
“We are counting on Jason Moore, who is really having a good spring right now. A really surprising spring. He’s done a great job for us…Every day is a good day for Jason Moore. If there is a guy who is making a jump right now, I would say it is Jason Moore,”

Moore, a standout from DeMatha Catholic in Maryland, entered Ohio State as a highly touted recruit in the class of 2023. His impressive physique, standing at 6 feet 6 inches and weighing 305 pounds, caught the attention of recruiters early on. Interestingly, DeMatha Catholic was also the alma mater of another Ohio State great, Chase Young.
Moore transitioned to the interior of the defensive line, a move that has garnered attention from coaches and fans alike.
